This instrument is: Extant and Not Playable in this location

Paul R. Marchesano on June 13th, 2022:

Offered for sale through the Organ Clearing House June 13, 2022. From their website description: The organ is not playable - it hasn’t been used for six years - but it’s in immaculate restorable condition. Tuning scrolls are neat and intact, walkboards are clear and easy to manage, the chambers are neat and orderly showing that the instrument has always received first-class care.

Database Manager on January 19th, 2006:

Identified through information adapted from E. M. Skinner/Aeolian-Skinner Opus List, by Sand Lawn and Allen Kinzey (Organ Historical Society, 1997), and included here through the kind permission of Sand Lawn:
Extant; one tonal change in Swell.
