    Calvin Coburn was born c. 1814 in Massachusetts; he shared a residence with Charles F. and Walter S. Coburn. He was active in Cambridge, Massachusetts by 1850; and was with the George Stevens firm of Cambridge, Massachusetts. Local directories of the period list him from 1884-1894, in the Boston area, Massachusetts.
