    Born 1934 in Shiner, Texas; attended public schools of Cuero, Texas; attended Texas Lutheran College; graduate of Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary of Berkeley, California, 1957; Lutheran minister; built organs for 15 years prior to establishing Prestant Pipe Organs, Inc. with Madolyn Douglas-Fallis in San Antonio, Texas, 1980.

    The Bizapedia entry states "The filing status is listed as Franchise Tax Involuntarily Ended." This means the company's license to do business in Texas has not been renewed and its corporate status is suspended. —Ed.
