The following note was appended to the original entry in the database, source and date unknown:
Thomas Donaghue, 12 Elizabeth St, Auburn NY 13021, is trying to publish a book on G. Brunzema. He has a very well-prepared list of all Brunzemas ever made— addresses, stoplists, dedication recitals—everything.
Between 1980 and 1985 Bruzema primarily focused on building easily transportable one manual 4-stop continuo organs. After 1985, the company began building larger tracker action instruments.1
Gerhard Gerhard died April 7, 1992. Brunzema's son Friedrich completed his apprenticeship as an organ builder in Europe and by 1990 had joined his father's business.2 He continued operation of the business until 2006.3
Thomas Donahue completed his book, Gerhard Brunzema, His Work and His Influence, it was published by Scarecrow Press in 1998. 4
There are 18 entries in the database that describe organs by Brunzema Organs Inc.

At present we have no photographs that should be displayed on this page, though we may well have photographs under a related entry with a different form of the name. We would very much like to have photographs of all builders, nameplates, and other appropriate images in our database.
