The organ has been altered from the original installation as described here.
The organ is in good condition and in regular use.

Technical Details

Electro-pneumatic (EP) pitman chests.

Four manuals. 5 divisions. 40 stops. 53 registers. 48 ranks. Manual compass is 61 notes. Pedal compass is 32 notes.

The organ is at the front of the room, and some pipes are exposed.


  • Identified through information adapted from E. M. Skinner/Aeolian-Skinner Opus List, by Sand Lawn and Allen Kinzey (Organ Historical Society, 1997), and included here through the kind permission of Sand Lawn:
    Uses Gallery organ and some ranks of Chancel organ of E. M. Skinner Opus 707 (1928), Grace Episcopal, New York, New York. (Database Manager. May 8, 2006)
  • Utilized chests and most of the pipework from Skinner Op. 707 (1928), the Nave Organ (gallery) at Grace Episcopal Church, New York, as well as some of the pipework from Op. 201 (1912), the church's chancel organ; to play this, the Covenant obtained the 1936 Aeolian-Skinner console from St. Mark's Episcopal, Philadelphia; the organ sits with Great and Pedal exposed at the front of the large A-frame sanctuary with further renovation and additions planned.
