Technical Details

Slider chests. Mechanical key action. Mechanical stop action.

One manual. 6 stops. 4 ranks.

The organ is in a gallery-level case at the rear of the room. Traditional style console with a removable panel in front of keyboards. There is an attached keydesk en fenêtre.

Drawknobs in vertical rows on flat jambs. Balanced swell shoes/pedals, not in standard AGO position. No combination action.


  • Status Note: There 1989 (OHS PC Database. October 30, 2004)
  • Moved to 1856 building and used until 1910. Remained in west (rear) gallery until damaged by rain in 1940's. Restored by Mann & Trupiano 1983. No pedals. Includes 8' trumpet. [Erben lists dates it as 1834. Research of Jesse Mercer (church records) suggests 1845.] (OHS PC Database. October 30, 2004)
