Technical Details

Slider chests. Mechanical key action. Mechanical stop action.

Two manuals. 12 ranks. Manual compass is 58 notes. Pedal compass is 30 notes.

There are hinged doors that enclose keyboards. There is an attached keydesk en fenêtre.

Drawknobs in vertical rows on flat jambs. Balanced swell shoes/pedals, standard AGO placement. No combination action. Concave radiating pedalboard.


  • From Congregational, Athol, MA, where it was replaced by Estey in 1916. Installed here by Estey and tonally altered. Renovated Andover 1972, 2-12. [Andover's web site states they rebuilt the organ.] (OHS PC Database. October 30, 2004)
