Technical Details

Slider chests. Mechanical key action. Mechanical stop action.

Two manuals. 3 divisions. 21 stops. 24 ranks. 1299 pipes. Manual compass is 58 notes. Pedal compass is 27 notes.

The organ is in side chambers at the front of the room, with visible façade pipes or case front. Traditional style console with a keyboard cover that can be lifted to form a music rack. The organ has an attached keydesk.

Drawknobs in horizontal rows on terraced/stepped jambs. Balanced swell shoes/pedals. Combination Action: Fixed mechanical system. Flat straight pedalboard.

Notes

  • Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ is in a chamber in the front left corner of the church. There are two facades: the larger encased facade is on the nave side. The pipe fence facade is over the keydesk on the chancel side. The stoplist is quite generous. The organ has 12 foot trundles controlling the water motor (now gone), chimes (added 20th cent. on T-P action), manual and pedal combinations, octave couplers, and the Swell Tremulant.
