Technical Details

Wicks Direct Electric(©) chests.

Two manuals. 1 divisions. 2 stops. 2 ranks. 170 pipes. Manual compass is 61 notes. Pedal compass is 32 notes.

The organ is in side chambers at the front of the room, with visible façade pipes or case front. Traditional style console with roll top. The console is in a fixed position, left.

Stop keys above top manual. Balanced swell shoes/pedals, standard AGO placement. No combination action. AGO Standard (concave radiating) pedalboard. Crescendo Pedal.


  • According to a framed copy of the contract, the organ was provided by the Ladies Aid Society and Ladies Missionary Society. The cost was $1,450.00. The contract was signed August 22, 1933 with delivery & installation by or before January 1, 1934. The church was later sold at an undocumented date and became the non-denominational Coldwater Bible Chapel. That congregation also failed and the church closed. The organ pipes and some wood panels were were saved by Joe Granger of Granger Associates on August 1, 2019. The church is scheduled to be razed. (James Stettner. August 5, 2019)
