Technical Details

Electro-pneumatic (EP) ventil chests.

Three manuals. 5 divisions. 50 stops. 59 ranks. 3334 pipes. Manual compass is 61 notes. Pedal compass is 30 notes.

The organ is in a gallery-level case at the rear of the room. Traditional style console with roll top. The console is in a fixed position, center.

Drawknobs in vertical rows on flat jambs. Balanced swell shoes/pedals. Adjustable combination pistons. Concave radiating pedalboard. Reversible full organ/tutti thumb piston. Reversible full organ/tutti toe stud. Combination action thumb pistons.

  • Rebuilt, enlarged and electrified by Welte-Tripp in 1931. Pipework retained, action and console replaced. Rebuilt Donald Schwing in 1984 to 4/68. Mostly unplayable in 1989. [1894 building.?] (OHS PC Database. October 30, 2004)
  • Updated through online information from Milovan Popovic. -- Organ rebuilt with additions by Welte in 1920s. Reeds revoiced, new Solo division installed. Console by Welte. Water damage to Welte Solo chests shut down. (Database Manager. February 10, 2008)
