Born August 28, 1930 in Northampton, Massachusetts; graduate of Northampton Commercial College of Northampton, Massachusetts, 1949; in U.S. Army, 1952–1954; accountant and office manager in Northampton, Massachusetts; with local organbuilders; partner with William F. Czelusniak in Czelusniak et Dugal of Northampton, Massachusetts, 1970; active in 1989.
