Born 1862 in Worthing, Sussex, England; immigrated to the United States, 1891; with Farrand & Votey, of Detroit, Michigan; with successor firm Votey Organ Co.; briefly with Austin Organ Co. of Hartford, Connecticut, c. 1900; with Murray M. Harris Organ Co. of Los Angeles, California, 1901, case finisher and pipe decorator; died 1934 in California.
