Born 30 Jun. 1841; son of William Allen Johnson; joined father's firm by 1870, firm named Johnson Organ Co. 1871; firm renamed Johnson & Son, 1874; head of firm, 1890; relocated firm to Springfield, Massachusetts; sold stocks and bonds after 1907; died 20 Apr. 1922 in Westfield, Massachusetts.
