Karn-Warren Organ Co. succeeded two firms: D. W. Karn Co. and S. R. Warren & Sons; it was established by Dennis W. Karn in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada, in 1896. The firm built both reed and pipe organs; it was succeeded by the Karn-Morris Piano & Organ Co., established in 1909.
