Acquired trade name and assets of bankrupt M. P. Moller firm of Hagerstown, Maryland, 12 January 1993; production of Moller organs resumed at Hagerstown, Maryland, facility, main office in Chicago, Illinois; production ceased in October 1994; Moller trade name and records sold to Allen Organ Co. of Macungie, Pennsylvania, 1995.
