Born July 16, 1874 in Berlin, Germany; immigrated to the United States, c. 1888; with J. C. Deagan firm of Chicago, Illinois, 15 years; partner with Otto H. Liebich in Kohler-Liebich firm, organ percussions, of Chicago, Illinois, 1910-1927, superintendent; died August 14, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois.
