According to a contributor to Organ Forum, Phares Steiner died in 2013.

The company is listed as active by Bizapedia, although no date is given. The street address given is presently the address of D.C. Stroth Organ Builders, and Hanns-Georg Reck, son of Gottfried Reck is one of their staff.
