Walter A. Verney was in Mason City, Iowa, 1901-1903, working as a carpenter; he was in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1904. He was back in Mason City, Iowa, in 1907 working with the Verney Organ Co. until 1909. [Presumed to be related to William C. Verney, owner of the firm, but not confirmed.]
