Born 24 May 1909 in Bremen, Germany; with grandparents in Czechoslovakia, 1911-1923; returned to Germany; immigrated to the U.S., 1925; with Welte Organ Co. of NY; with M. P. Mller firm of Hagerstown, MD, 1931, became head reed voicer; developed several new reed voices including the 'Zajic Regal;' retired from Mller, 1977; with Trivo Co. of Hagerstown, MD, reed voicer; died 19 Apr. 1987 in Hagerstown, MD.
