In 2005, the Bishop Organ Company was merged into the Organ Clearing House. In 2014, John and his wife, Wendy Strothman, moved to New York City, New York where they live in Greenwich Village. John continues to operate the Organ Clearing House, and in 2015 reorganized the Bishop Organ Company as a consulting service.
