John Roper on September 19, 2021:

As of 9/18/21: Organ is in fairly good condition. The one stop not replaced to original is the GT 8' First Open Diapason (replaced by an 8' Spitz Flute). However, some of the original pipes of this rank still exist stored in the chamber. There are a lot of wind leaks and the instrument is very dusty, but the pipework is in good shape. The blower is a 5hp Spencer delivering 6" and 10".

Organ is in fairly good condition. Some minor leaks and cyphering. Overall is in mostly orignal condition with some very minimal changes done by Berkshire Organ Co.
