Updated by Gavin Klein, naming this as the source of information: Website of "The New Church of Concord”.

Our Lady Help of Christians closed in 2004 and merged with St.Bernard Parish in Concord forming the new Parish, Holy Family Parish at St.Bernards. The church was bought by a new congregation and is now "The New Church of Concord”. It appears in pictures that the organ has been removed since the purchase.
