Database Manager on October 31, 2008:

Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ reportedly cost $1,320.00. When the church was altered in 1898 and the gallery removed, the organ was relocated to the front. It served until 1954 when it was replaced by a transplanted, electrified Estey. The Simmons was reportedly dispersed for parts at that time. Source: parish history.
