Database Manager on November 06, 2019:

Updated from online information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ was originally built for this congregation. In 1966, Lawrence Street Congregational merged with Trinity Congregational at Trinity's building to form Hope Congregational. The Lawrence Street building was sold to the Spanish Church of God (Iglesia de Dios Mission Board), The organ has not been in-use since that time. At the time I documented it on December 10, 1989, it was dirty and had some damaged and missing pipework but was mostly intact.
