Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- Moving and rebuild of 1878 E. & G.G. Hook & Hastings which had originally been built for the Boston residence of J. Montgomery Sears. Hutchings tracker-pneumatic ventil chests (according to the BOC Hutchings opus list). Retained original keydesk. Uncertain what tonal changes were made. Documented: July, 1988.
