1. Sforzando was on second-touch of the Grand Crescendo Pedal.
2. Silent Division of Organ for use in emergency definite and
   quickly cutting off wind supply to same.
3. It is understood as an essential condition of this contract that Mr.
   H. E. Tonjes shall personally install and finish this organ, having
   been invited by the part of the second part to handle this contract.
4. It is understood that the French Horn, English Horn and French Trumpet
   pipes are to be from Gottfried, while the remaining reed stops are to
   be from either White or Badger.  Pitch of organ to be A 440.
5. The rear wall of either one of the upper organ chambers to be equipped
   with a set of at least four swell shades which shall operate from the
   pedal controlling the front shades of that particular chamber.
6. The larger display pipes to be finished in gold.  Smaller display pipes
   of polished metal; console to be finished English brown mahogany,
   massive and heavy.
7. Casing to be made after design and drawing submitted and accepted;
   after cut of Baptist Church of Pittsburgh, Pa.
