NOTES
This organ was originally built for and installed at the home of Thomas Harmon, Ph.D.
(Professor of Organ at University of CA. In Los Angeles) in Pacific Palisades, CA. It
was sold to the University of Portland in the spring of 1987.

The organ is free-standing and encased with an attached, projecting keydesk. The ex-
pression shutters are quite unique. They are vertical, and each “shutter” is divided
into thirds, with the left section at the back, the next section in the middle, and
the right section is stationary. As the swell shoe is pressed, the left (back) section
slides to the right, catching the middle section, and pulling it along until the two
moveable sections have lined-up behind the right (front) section.

The names of the stops but not their pitches are displayed.
