I think the couplers might have been added to with the work Greenwood Organ 
Service did to the instrument when the console was replaced.  When I started as 
organist the spec was as above with a Resiner Console and the original pipe facade 
had been removed with the instrument enclosed behind a modern Screen.  Only the 
Swell was under expression.
