1. All basses of the larger winded stops on separate chests.
2. Two identical [English style] consoles of oak to be furnished.
3. The tone near as possible to Holy Name of Jesus, Maisonneuve,
Montreal, and in any case acceptable to the committee on organ.
4. The builder...shall refrain from doing any labor or work that
would cause any annoyance or any noise to the distraction or
inconvenience of any of the audience in Converse Hall--this to
include three hours in the afternoon during exhibition of moving
pictures or other use of said hall, and outside of said three
hours, the occasions for such business are to be exceptional.
4. Casework for the organ not included in this contract.
