1 The organ to be revoiced and rebuilt under the
electro-pneumatic system, with complete new
chests. All missing basses to be supplied and
the compass of all stops to be completed.
2 Two sets of chloride accumulators (to be charged
by the Electric Light Company) to supply the
necessary power for action of the organ.
3. The present hydraulic motor and apparatus to be
retained and arranged to that it may be used
in case of an emergency
