NOTES
This organ was originally installed in the former edifice in a chamber at the front on
the left side behind a wood and cloth grille with 9 dummy facade pipes. In 1960, Möller
representative Ernest Kuhn moved the organ to the new [present] sanctuary immediately
next door and installed it in an elevated chamber at the front of the room to the right
of center. The console sits in a small choir gallery on the left side about two-thirds
of the way to the front. The chimes are hanging in the choir gallery.
Sometime believed to be in the 1980's, Möller Rep. Harold B. Curryer of Spokane, WA.
added a Möller 2-2/3' Twelfth (which he named Nazard) and 2' Principal to the organ. The
original 8' Open and the two added ranks were placed on a new electro-mechanical chest
built by Curryer in the chamber just outside the expressive Swell. The bottom 12 pipes
of the Open Diapason remained on their original E-P unit chest. The Great Mixture is
derived from the 2-2/3' Nazard and 2' Principal additions.
In February 1996, the stoppers were all releathered and the Trumpet was disasembled,
cleaned, and reassembled by Stettner & Larson Pipe Organs of Seattle/Spokane.
