Nave (IV)
  • Position: In a Floor-Level Case at the Rear of the Room
  • Chest Action: Electro Pneumatic (Unit)
  • Stop Action: Pneumatic (Electro Pneumatic)
  • Notes: The casework stood on the floor, but all pipework was actually at gallery level. All pipes stood on unit chests - even though there were several straight stops in the specification. The key repeaters and switchstack were located along with the pipework in the upper portion of the case.

4'Harmonic Flute
  • Notes: When the division was inspected in 1987, the stop was "Flauto D'Amore'. It is not known if the stop was mislabled from the start, or if the pipes had been swapped at some point between 1942 and 1987. The Flute was located in the west end ambulatory attic, and spoke through the west-end arch into the nave casework.

8'Cornopean
  • Notes: The pipework is symmetrically arranged, but not planted in note-order. Harmonic and non-harmonic pipes are intermixed to be visually pleasing. The rank was a challenge to tune as the next note to be tuned had to be discovered by feel until the intermixed portion of the stop was completed.
