NOTES
The organ is free-standing and encased in a front gallery above and behind the
pulpit platform. The façade contains __ gold-painted pipes with __ down each side
and 55 across the front. All of the façade pipes are dummies.
The rolltop console is in fixed position at the left side of the choir & organ
gallery with the organists back facing the congregation. Stops are as stop keys
above the manuals. The Unison Off function for both manuals is as On/Off pistons
on the top, left keycheek of each manual.
At the time of this writing, and from photos taken February 11, 2019 by church
historian Rhonda K. Craven, all of the engraved plates are missing: divisional
nameplates, expression and crescendo pedal plates, toe lever plates, and indicator
light plates.
Based on the indicator lights present, it is likely that one of the two toe levers
is a reversible Sforzando. The other could be either a Great-to-Pedal reversible
or perhaps a Chimes Sustaining option.
The Swell 8' Orch Oboe is synthetic, derived from the 8' Salicional and 2-2/3'
Nasard. The 8' Viola Diapason has been transposed to 4' pitch, but the 8' basses
are stored inside the organ. The Tremolo, which is placed by itself between the
Swell and Great stop tablets, affects the entire instrument.
