Charles W. Gibson Co. was incorporated as C.W. Gibson, Inc., Pipe Organ Specialties in 1987. The firm moved to Monroeville, New Jersey, in 1989 (691 Willow Grove Rd., Monroeville, NJ 08343-4529). The company relocated to 788 Piney Hollow Rd., Hammonton, New Jersey 08037, in July, 2018, due to a change in ownership.

The firm was a representative of the Wicks Pipe Organ Co. of Highland, Illinois, for eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1991. The firm relocated to Monroeville, New Jersey in 1995. The firm was also known as Pipe Organ Specialties.
