Frances J. Rybak was born in 1900 in New York City. He was with Austin Organ Co. of Hartford Connecticut, 1925-1935. He was active in New York City, New York, in 1933 doing service work for Austin. He established his own business in White Plains, New York, in 1935; then relocated to Bronx, New York, in 1939. Rybak died October 29, 1951 in Yonkers, New York.
