William Pilcher and his son, Charles Hobart Pilcher, made a final effort as an organbuilding firm. Charles's older brother, Dr. William H. Pilcher had taken a posting as organist in New York City. William [Sr] and Charles H. left New Orleans in 1906 and joined William H. and opened their last venture in organ building. The firm was shortlived, both of the principals returned to New Orleans by 1910.
