Presumably collaboration between Parsons Organ Company of Canandaigua, New York and Manuel Rosales & Associates of California for the organ at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Richmond Virginia in 2000. It is listed by Rosales as Opus 23, the Parsons firm did not give it an opus number.
