Aultz-Kersting Pipe Organs, Inc. of Cinncinati, Ohio, registered as a Kentucky Foreign Corporation on July 27, 1981 in order to do business in Kentucky. The firm rebuilt and enlarged Wicks Opus 1140 in St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, Covington, Kentucky in 1982. Kenneth R. Aultz, Louis J. Schneider, and Richard J. Kersting were listed as principals.
