Sam Hovsepian was a service technician in the Southeastern United States. He was an installer for Ernest Skinner. He had a brief partnership with David Linebarger in Florida in the 1970's. They added parts of Skinner Opus 473 (removed from Florida State University) to Skinner Opus 533 in Riverside Baptist Church, Jacksonville, Florida, in 1974 (See OHS Database ID 23112).
