Bertram Kinzey Jr. was the brother of Allen B. Kinzey. He was Professor of Architecture at the Universities of Virginia and Florida, and also a consultant in architectural acoustics. He built a three-manual practice organ for University of Florida School of Music in conjunction with fellow faculty member, Willis Bodine, Professor of Music and organ instructor.
