Timothy (Tim) Patterson, organbuilder, later service and restoration specialist. Born c. 1954, graduated from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, (computer technology and math); trained for seven years under Geoffery W. Hunt of South Minneapolis; opened his own business in St. Paul, Minnesota, 1980s, known as Paterson Organ Co. or Associated Organbuilders.


Built and enlarged electric-action instruments in several states, including Texas, Missouri, and Florida, as well as Minnesota; one organ in Thailand, and at least two in Europe; spent 13 years in France.
