Announcement of the new organ with narrative stop listing. See DOCUMENTS tab.
"...having at last accumulated an adequate sum they recently entered into a contract with Mr. Charles F. Durner, organ builder at Quakertown, for an instrument of a very fine character-imposing in its style of construction as well as powerful and superlative in tone. The design of the case is to be in architectural harmony with the interior of the church...The playing desk is to face the audience. Altogether the instrument will have 24 stops and 854 pipes,"
