Database Manager on August 28th, 2016:

Updated through online information from William Dunklin.
Replaced Roosevelt organ opus 291 of 1885. It is unknown if any of the Roosevelt pipework was included in the Austin. The building was demolished in 1967 and replaced a new and much larger sanctuary on the same site, retaining the 188-foot tall tower. The new sanctuary has a 1970 4/59 Schantz and a wonderful acoustic.

Database Manager on May 24th, 2006:

Updated through online information from Melvin Potts. -- Organ was removed in late 60s prior to demolition of old sanctuary. Was purchased by Sam Lott of Nashville; disposition unknown.
