From The Diapason February, 1956: ORGAN FOR SALE -" AUSTIN ORGAN IN St. James' Church New York. Four-manual and echo, 74 stops, 2 full 32-ft ranks, built in 1924. Releathered in 1952. Being replaced by larger instrument. Specifications available. Inquiries and inspection invited. Address organist: Donald Coates, 865 Madison Ave. New York City 21."
