Updated through online information from John Igoe.
In Bynum Petty's book, this organ is identified with opus number 85.
"Old Op. No 62, New Op. No. 82. Compass 56/17. Action extended under the pulpit platform to front pew, performer facing the pulpit, organ standing in rear of the pulpit. Pointed Gothic case in grained oak, gilded speaking front pipes. This appears in the first Pilcher ledger on a list of churches and organs destroyed in the 1871 Chicago fire."
