Jim Stettner on January 2nd, 2024:

Updated through online information from Leo Sell: "I was raised and married in that church, actually more properly known as College Baptist Church, and had stayed in contact with relatives in the area. A number of years after my family left, sometime in the 1980s I think, the pastor and trustees decided they could no longer maintain that organ or restore it again. I've never found, heard, nor seen any information indicating its disposition and I assume it was destroyed. The only thing that remained at the time was the front pipes left at the front of the sanctuary. Replacement was a digital organ."

Identified from company publications as edited and expanded in The Hook Opus List 1829-1935, ed. William T. Van Pelt (Organ Historical Society, 1991).
