From the Kingston Whig-Standard (April 29, 1913): “L. Downey, of London, is making extensive repairs to the pipe organ in St. Andrew’s Church. An electric blower for pumping will be put in as soon as current can be obtained on Sundays.”

Andrew Henderson on May 15th, 2023:
From *The Kingston Daily News* (February 6, 1890): "The first practice of the choir, accompanied by the organ, took place on Tuesday evening and was very satisfactory. Some of the choristers had considerable difficulty getting to the church owing to the extreme slipperiness of the streets. Mr. Holland the organ builder, having finished his work. He wished to be present at the first practice, but "got left," locomotion, owing to the ice, being so difficult."
