Don Daley on April 8th, 2021:
I believe that the majority of the pipework is original Koehnken & Grimm, most pipes are scroll tuned, 2' super octaves of the principals are cone-tuned. The only things I can tell Pilcher added are the rohrflute and the chimes. Pilcher did also disconnect the speaking pipes in the facade of the case.

Updated through on-line information from Emily Adams. -- Pilcher instrument is a rebuild of the original 19th Century Koenken and Grimm. Instrument was originally a tracker with keydesk located in gallery with pipework.
