A note on the photograph, from Thomas Veregge: The organ was moved from previous building into the new one in 1868. At that time, it was installed in the balcony. It was later moved to the left side of the chancel, before 1900, where it appears in the photograph.

Database Manager on February 10th, 2007:

Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- This organ was originally built for the first building. But an old picture of it exists in the present (2nd - 1868) edifice. The organ was housed in a three-sectional gothic case with facade pipes in three gothic arches. The organ was recessed into an alcove on the front, left side of the sanctuary.
