Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -- In 2007, Balcom and Vaughan converted all console and relay systems to solid state. In April 2012, the keyboards were replaced with a used, refurbished set from St. John's R.C. in Seattle. In July 2012, the organ was de-piped, cleaned, pipe repairs made, and chamber cleaned. The keyboard and cleaning work was done by Puget Sound Pipe Organs. Tonal regulation and re-finishing will take place later.
Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This work consisted of additions to the existing 1966 Balcom and Vaughan organ, opus 749. Added was a new, independent 2-2/3' Nasard to the Great on a new chest - undoing the existing unification. Also added was a new, independent 1-3/5' Tierce on a new chest. And, the existing II Mixture was increased by 86 pipes to be II-IV ranks on a new toeboard cap. The Swell 4' Fagott was also rewired to be a tc 8' stop. The 20 expression engines were also re-leathered. Cost of this work was $11,890.00 plus applicable taxes.
